Step 1. Project application and eligibility check

If you wish to discuss a prospective Sub-project to determine whether it meets WeBSEFF II eligibility criteria you can contacting a WeBSEFF II Project Office or submit an application form. The application form, along with a list of all documents required to determine project eligibility, may be downloaded here.

Step 2. Project assessment and support

The WeBSEFF experts will assess the eligibility for financing under WeBSEFF based on the information provided.

Where needed the WeBSEFF engineers may provide recommendations to enhance an investment opportunity or provide further support to the clients to ensure the eligibility of the project.

Step 3. Loan signing and implementation

If a project is eligible, the bank will proceed with its normal credit procedures and negotiate the terms of the loan with the borrower. The borrower is responsible for the implementation of the project.

Step 4. Verification and reimbursement

Upon completion, the grant can be requested and the project documentation is submitted to a separate verification consultant who verifies and confirms the successful implementation. The relevant reimbursement payment is made to the borrower by the participating bank.
